Veggie Food: Yves Veggie Corn Dogs

January 27

Time for more veggie stuff. Although few ever truly accept that I’m vegetarian (being 6’5″ and 235lbs), I am. Deal with it.

I was walking through the aisles of the local supermarket and spotted this. As I’m not in the mood to cook tonight, thought I’d try it.

It should be pointed out, though, that I’ve been vegetarian since I was about 7 years old, so I’m not in a position to compare this to the ‘real’ stuff. I just like the idea of a quick meal (note: at no point here am I saying that this option has any form of notable nutritional value).

The veggie corn dogs are plopped into the cardboard box.

Being a good boy, I’m following the instructions. Yes. I’m going to attack all four found in the box. I’m assuming they’ll be decent.

After cooking them, I plopped them on a plate with salt and vinegar kettle chips.

They’re actually not bad! I may stock these in my freezer from time to time for lazy evenings.

It’ll save me time from putting veggie sausages in Pillsbury sausage roll dough.
